Sands’ Parisian Macau Expected To Open With 410 Gaming Tables
The Las Vegas Sands Corp is all set to open the much awaited Parisian Macao Casino which is inspired by Paris, the city of love and lights on 13th September 2016. Sands China Ltd, a subsidiary of the Las Vegas Sands Corp announced that the Macau government had only sanctioned 100 gaming tables for its opening but the company’s president and COO has said that Sands China will move as many as 310 gaming tables from its other properties in the city to the Parisian Macao.
Sheldon Adelson, billionaire and chairman of the Las Vegas Sands Corp will not be impressed with the 100 gaming tables sanctioned by the Macau administration after his company invested $2.7 billion to develop the luxury resort.

Macau’s government has continued to enforce strict regulations on the casino industry due to the anti-corruption crackdown launched by Beijing and its initiative to transform Macau from being known as the biggest gambling hub in the world to a city that is more family friendly and less non-gaming.
In a statement, Wong said
Everything we are doing is gearing toward making Macao an international tourism and leisure center
. Wong also stated that the new property which houses a half-scale replica of the Eiffel Tower will have a strong impact on tourists and to become a ‘landmark that redefines the Cotai skyline’. Considering the entire luxury hotel and casino, Wong stated that 95 per cent of the area is allocated to non-gaming activities.
The Parisian Macau will have a hotel that has 3,000 stunning hotel rooms and suites, a massive shopping mall, a number of high end restaurants, a convention and meeting centre, among many other facilities. The extravagant infrastructure also consists of a water theme park called Aqua World, a 1,200 seat theatre and a replica of the Eiffel Tower at the hotel’s entrance.
In view of its grand opening, the Parisian Macao held two rallies for its 6,000 employees at Macao’s newest integrated casino resort. Wong stated that 3,700 employees out of the 6,000 employees working at the casino resort will be people transferred from other Sands China properties.
The imitation of the Parisian Macao’s Eiffel Tower is the tallest imitation structure in the world. At the top of the tower there is a small observation deck which can accommodate up to 120 people. About two weeks after the grand opening of the Parisian Macao, the 1,200 seated Parisian theatre will be inaugurated with a ‘Thriller Live’ show on 30th September. The show is based on the life and music of The King of Pop, Michael Jackson. The show will be performed till 13th November 2016.
