Game Lounge Will Pay Over A Million To Buy Slottracker.com

Game Lounge Limited, a gaming affiliates marketing firm recently announced that they have agreed to acquire the Slottracker.com website from Innovative Gaming Solutions Partnership.

The buying price is expected to be a little over €1 million. Game Lounge is a subsidiary of the Swedish gambling operator Cherry AB and has been in operation since 2011.

Slottracker is an app that helps online casino players to track their online behavior by monitoring their playing habits. Any player wanting to know how much they have spent and how many games they have played online, can use the website or app to ensure that they keep track of their online gambling habits and remain within their limits.

The software also allows for statistics to be recorded and how frequent bonuses pop up during play. There is also a full log of a person’s play history as well as an expense report. Players can look back on their playing history from the date they first installed the app.

In a statement, Jonas Cederholm, CEO of Game Lounge said

The purchase of Slot Tracker complements Game Lounge’s already strong offering in order to help players find the right casino or other online games. We look forward to working with the people who built Slot Tracker to be able to develop new features that allow each player to gain more control over their gaming

The payment plan that was agreed upon is that Game Lounge will pay €200,000 to Innovative Gaming Solutions over a 12-month period after the acquisition. An additional €300,000 will be paid if Slottracker meets certain objectives over a two-year period.

The Slottracker app has two premium options which are referred to as Gold and Silver. Users who would like to take full advantage of all features and track their data on a regular basis can take advantage of these premium plans.
